FAQS
How much do you charge?
Whether you're looking to book a small, medium or large scale tattoo you need to reach out to the shop for a quote of the piece you would like to get done. Each artist here at Bakunawa Ink has an hourly rate that dictates what the cost of a tattoo would be. There are many factors that go into the cost of a tattoo like the amount of detail, the size as well as the placement of the tattoo. Be sure to mention these things when reaching out for a quote : the size of the tattoo (in INCHES), the placement as well as any existing tattoos around the area you would like tattooed.
How do I schedule my tattoo?
Upon booking a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that varies in cost is required to secure your tattoo appointment. The deposit amount comes off of the final cost of your tattoo on the day of your session (ex. you are quoted $200 for your tattoo with a deposit of $100, on the day of your session you only owe $100).
When will I see my design?
You will see your design on the day of your appointment. Please DO NOT ask to see the design in advance as your design may be created the night before OR on the day of your session. If you're concerned about wanting any changes to your design before being tattooed don't stress! On the day of your session before we start tattooing if there are any revisions or changes that you would like (*within reason as some ideas/changes do not translate well when tattooed on the body even though artistically it works on paper*) we can make edits then. Be assured that you will be receiving a one of a kind tattoo that you'll be proud to wear for the rest of your life as the artists at Bakunawa Ink puts their heart and soul into every design/tattoo that they do.
How do I tip my artist?
You are never expected to tip however a tip of any sort is ALWAYS appreciated whether its cash OR a thoughtful gift.
